As Sabine Deutscher's porridge book
Sabine, the German is told: As I wrote this book over 30 years ago, this happened in the absence of a simple and full-fledged recipes for the Smallest. My son had just come to the world and for him, we cooked up the first delicious porridge dishes, with ingredients from our health food store. It quickly became clear that other mothers had interest in it and so the castle of Rapunzel publisher, in which the porridge book up today and sold will be relocated was born in Ludwig.
In the last three decades has moved in the Bioszene much, the offer was varied and colorful, but the porridge, the book has survived all the highs and lows and is in an area of multiple, completely revised edition of a popular work for young mothers.
In the meantime, the first "pulp-children" with their own offspring in our shop to buy your own porridge book and also our own children have given to us already porridge-eater-young.
How to use the porridge book
The recipes in the porridge book are not according to the age of the child, but according to the type of the preparation ordered. The recipes you will find information for what age, the particular mash is suitable. At the appropriate locations of important topics, such as, for example, allergies, or anything around the topic of milk will be addressed. At the very rear of all of the porridge book included recipes are listed alphabetically, and you can also find it without a long scroll of everything. Many parents read the book once leisurely and try the one or other recipe - the feedback coming whether it tastes good or whether you should soon prefer to try a different recipe, from a small eater.
