Use

Simply sprinkle the Indian roast potato seasoning over the potatoes after frying and mix well. For a more intense flavour, allow the spice to fry briefly. Also goes perfectly with vegetable stir-fries, lentil dishes or dips.

Tip: Add a little ghee or oil to enhance the flavour of the spices!
