Preparation:
Soak the chunks in hot water with a pinch of salt or vegetable broth for 20 minutes. Alternatively, you can simply cook them in the sauce!
Recipe idea: Chili sin Carne with fine protein shreds
Ingredients
100 g protein chunks, 5 tomatoes,
1 bell pepper, 200 g corn , 100 g lentils ,
200 g kidney beans , 1 large onion,
2 cloves of garlic, 250 ml vegetable stock ,
Juice of ½ lemon, pepper , chili , 1 tsp cocoa ,
some locust bean gum

preparation
Wash and dice the tomatoes and bell peppers. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Cook all ingredients in a large pot with the lid on for about 20 minutes. Serve the chili with tortilla chips and garnish with vegan parsley yogurt.
