NATURATA maple syrup comes from cultivation projects in the canadian province of Quebec, the main cultivation area for maple syrup in the world. The maple syrup for NATURATA is exclusively sourced from farmers who work according to the guidelines of controlled organic farming. Accordingly, without the use of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, and the use of chemicals in the maple juice extraction.
Among the many kinds of Maple juice extraction is for the maple, especially the sugar maple is important. The harvest season for maple SAP is limited to the period from late February to mid-April. Production
The maple juice flows hut via hose lines directly in the processing of Sugar. This Raw juice is passed through a multi-stage evaporation plant, which consists of large, consecutive rows of stainless steel pans. The maple syrup is brought gently to a temperature of about 100°C. At this temperature, the desired consistency is achieved with a water content of about 33%. Then the syrup is filtered, then at a temperature of about 80°C in barrels, bottled and sealed immediately. In a closed vessel the syrup cools, a natural vacuum, which is used for conservation. Use
The content of minerals depending on the graduation, but of the nature of the soil in the harvest area (the darker C-grade has a higher content of minerals ). Due to its high sugar content, maple syrup is not suitable to meet the mineral requirements!
Maple syrup is suitable for the economical sweetening of all kinds. On fresh waffles or pancakes poured maple syrup is a delicacy.
