The spring is truly here now. Nature becomes more active and exactly that happens in the body too. In Ayurveda April is the time to let go of accumulated heaviness and build new energy.

Bring lightness into your daily routine

After winter, much Kapha can still be present: fatigue, sluggishness or a feeling of heaviness. Now light meals, movement and warm spices help to get back on track.

Gently activate digestion

Warm, cooked foods, little sugar and fewer heavy combinations do good. Right now the rule is: eat simply rather than too much mixed together.
