Recommended Daily Dosage for Adults

The Ayurveda product Bai 58 Lakshadii Guggulu should be dosed as follows: 2 x daily 2 tablets, 4 tablets total

The daily consumption recommendation (at 4 tablets daily) contains 32 mg guggulsterones.

The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.
Dietary supplements should not be a replacement for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of small children. This product is not suitable for pregnant women and children.
