Manuka Health - Manuka honey MGO 100+ - 250g
Manuka honey MGO 100+ from Manuka Health is extracted by New Zealand bees from the nectar of manuka bushes. This honey not only tastes wonderfully mild, but also contains the active ingredient methylglyoxal (MGO) in a much higher concentration than conventional blossom honeys.
MGO remains effective even if it is added to a hot drink, because unlike other honeys, MGO active Manuka is heat-resistant.

How to use
If you want to consume the honey pure, take a teaspoon of Manuka Honey MGO 100+ from Manuka Health 1 to 2 times a day and let it slowly melt in your mouth. You can also stir the Manuka honeys into hot tea or milk, as MGO™ is largely insensitive to heat.
Consumption advice: Like other raw foods, honey is not suitable for babies under 12 months.
