Manuka Honey MGO 100+ from Manuka Health is harvested by New Zealand bees from the nectar of Manuka shrubs. This honey not only tastes wonderfully mild, but also contains the active ingredient methylglyoxal (MGO) in a much stronger concentration than conventional flower honeys.
MGO remains effective even when added to a hot beverage, because MGO active Manuka – unlike other honeys – is heat-stable.
Application
If you wish to consume the honey pure, take 1 to 2 teaspoons of Manuka Honey MGO 100+ from Manuka Health once or twice daily and let it dissolve slowly in your mouth.
You can also stir the Manuka honeys into hot tea or milk, as MGO™ is largely heat-resistant.
Consumption notice: Like other raw foods, honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months.
