Preparation
- Add a small pinch (approximately 1–2 teaspoons) of nettle leaves per cup to a pot or infuser.
- Pour with boiling water.
- Steep covered for ten minutes, then strain.

Wie schmeckt Brennnesseltee?
Mild, krautig und klar. Er ist weniger herb als viele "grüne" Kräuter und passt gut zu Ingwer, Zitronenmelisse oder einem Spritzer Zitronensaft.
Wie bereite ich den Tee zu?
Pro Tasse ein bis zwei Teelöffel Brennnesselblätter mit kochendem Wasser aufgießen, zugedeckt etwa zehn Minuten ziehen lassen und abseihen. Für eine Kanne die Menge entsprechend anpassen.
Welche Tageszeit eignet sich?
Brennnesseltee ist koffeinfrei und kann tagsüber sowie am Abend getrunken werden. Starte mit einer bis drei Tassen pro Tag und passe anschließend nach Geschmack an.
Darf ich den Tee in der Schwangerschaft oder Stillzeit trinken?
Bitte in Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit grundsätzlich Rücksprache mit Hebamme, Ärztin oder Arzt halten, bevor du Kräutertees regelmäßig trinkst.
Verträgt sich Brennnesseltee mit meinen Medikamenten?

Kühl, trocken und lichtgeschützt lagern. Bitte fern von stark riechenden Gewürzen aufbewahren, da Kräuter leicht Fremdgerüche annehmen.
