We deliver your order to any desired address within Germany. If no different delivery address is given, delivery will be made to the order address saved in your customer account.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping within Germany by DPD costs a flat rate of € 3.90.
From 39 € value of goods, shipping within Germany is free. Please note that postage-free shipping is only available via DPD.

For deliveries to a packing station , only DHL is available as the shipping service provider.

Customers with a German delivery address can also choose DHL as an alternative shipping service provider in the ordering process. The shipping costs for shipments via DHL amount to a flat rate of € 4.90 .

Shipping with DPD Predict

Your order is usually sent with DPD Predict. You will receive an email as soon as the package is on its way to you and is expected to be delivered the next day.

If this day of delivery fits and is OK for you, you do not have to do anything else.

If you are unlikely to be home on that day, you can choose from five change options. To do this, select one of the following options from the email sent to you. Please check your spam mailbox if you have not received a DPD email.

- Choose a neighbor: DPD will deliver your parcel to a nearby neighbor of your choice
- Granting authorization for storage: You describe where the delivery should be stored and your package will then be stored there.
- Select DPD ParcelShop : Your parcel will be stored here for 7 days before it is returned to the sender.
- Change location: DPD will deliver your parcel to a different address, e.g. B. to friends or to the office.
- Change day: Postpone the delivery by up to 7 days by email.

On the day of delivery itself, DPD will then inform you within 1 hour of when your parcel will arrive.

With live tracking you can follow your parcel exactly online. Here the delivery time window is updated every minute and reduced to up to 30 minutes.

Shipping with DHL

Shipping in 1-3 working days. All packages can be tracked online. Delivery is also possible to DHL Packstations and post offices .

Choosing a DHL Packstation or post office as the delivery address is very easy. While entering the address you can select "DHL Packstation" or "DHL Postfiliale" as an option. Please enter the packing station number including your personal post number or the number of the post office in the fields that are then displayed.

Important! For deliveries to packing stations and post offices, only DHL is available as a shipping service provider.

How long does the delivery take? (Germany)

All products can be delivered directly. We use DPD, DHL or Hermes to deliver your goods. Unless other delivery times have been agreed, the delivery time is 1-3 working days from receipt of the order. Most orders are even delivered within 24 hours. After the parcel has been handed over to the parcel service, you will receive a tracking code by email with which you can track the status of your shipment online.

How long does the delivery take? (Europe)

For deliveries outside of the Federal Republic of Germany and within Europe, delivery takes approx. 4 - 7 working days.

Your package does not arrive at your place?

If you do not receive your delivery within a few days, track the status of your parcel using the tracking number sent to you via the parcel delivery service. The links below will take you to the tracking services.

Has the package still not arrived after several days and you have not received a message from the deliverer?
In this case, please contact us - we will immediately check the whereabouts of your package and, if necessary, issue an investigation. We will then let you know whether we will send your delivery again or reimburse your purchase.

What is reimbursed for a parcel return?

If your delivery is returned to us because it could not be delivered or was not picked up in the parcel shop, we will refund the purchase price of your goods. The return incurs additional costs, but as a goodwill gesture, we only charge you the simple postage costs for a return . If the package is not accepted, the reimbursement is reduced by the standard shipping costs. This also applies to orders that we have sent you free of shipping costs.

The package was delivered with transport damage?

Please complain about the damage to us or the employee of the delivery agent as soon as possible. In the event of hidden damage that can only be seen after opening the delivery, it is best to contact us directly. In this case, we ask you to send us digital photos of the damage by email , stating the invoice number. to be sent.

Free returns with PayPal

How does the "free return work?"

You activate "Free returns" for your PayPal account using the free returns function .

  1. You buy in our online shop with PayPal.
  2. You decide to return the goods in compliance with the return deadlines and return conditions.
  3. You pay the return shipping costs.
  4. You submit a return request to PayPal. Shipping receipts and proof of a completed transaction with PayPal are required.
  5. Once the application has been approved, the money will be transferred back to your PayPal account within 5 working days.

Contactless parcel delivery for orders by DPD

The coronavirus is causing ever sharper cuts in our everyday life. We are all asked to avoid human contact as much as possible so that the new virus does not spread any further. We are fulfilling this responsibility and, from today, will only deliver parcels contactlessly.

The delivery person rings the doorbell and walks at least two meters away. If the recipient opens, the deliverer informs him of the contactless delivery and places the parcel. The delivery person enters the letters "AO" and the place of storage in his MDE device as the recipient's name and then signs with his own abbreviation.
If the deliverer does not meet the recipient, the package will be returned to the sender . Exceptions are small, flat parcels that fit in the mailbox, they can be deposited there. If the recipient refuses acceptance due to the coronavirus, the package will be given a sticker and returned to the sender.
