We deliver your order to any desired address within Germany. If no different delivery address is given, the delivery will be made to the order address saved in your customer account.

How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping within Germany via DPD/DHL costs a flat rate of €4.90.
From 49 € value of goods, shipping within Germany is free.
For deliveries to a packing station, DHL is the only shipping service provider available.
Shipping with DPD Predict
Your order is usually shipped with DPD Predict. You will receive an email as soon as the package is on its way to you and is expected to be delivered the next day.
If this delivery date fits and is ok with you, you don't need to do anything else.
If you are not likely to be at home that day, you have five options to change it. To do this, select one of the following options from the email sent to you. Please check your spam mailbox if you have not received a DPD email.
- Choose a neighbour: DPD will deliver your parcel to a nearby neighbor of your choice
- Grant deposit permission: You describe where the delivery should be placed and your package will then be deposited there.
- Select DPD ParcelShop : Your parcel will be stored here for 7 days before it is returned to the sender.
- Change location: DPD will deliver your package to a different address, e.g. B. to friends or to the office.
- Change day: Postpone the delivery by up to 7 days by email.
On the day of delivery itself, DPD will then let you know to within 1 hour when your package will arrive.
Live tracking allows you to closely track your package online. Here, the delivery time window is updated every minute and reduced to up to 30 minutes.
Shipping with DHL
Shipping in 1-3 business days. All packages can be tracked online. Delivery is also possible to DHL Packstations and post offices .
Selecting a DHL Packstation or post office as the delivery address is very easy. When entering the address, you can select "DHL Packstation" or "DHL Postfiliale" as an option. In the fields that are then displayed, please enter the packing station number including your personal postal number or the number of the post office.
Important! For deliveries to packing stations and post offices, DHL is the only shipping service provider available.

How long does the delivery take? (Germany)
All products can be delivered directly. We use DPD, DHL or Hermes to deliver your goods. Unless other delivery times have been agreed, the delivery time is 1-3 working days from receipt of the order. Most orders are even delivered within 24 hours. After the parcel has been handed over to the parcel service, you will receive a tracking code by email with which you can track the status of your shipment online.
How long does the delivery take? (Europe)
When shipping outside of the Federal Republic of Germany and within Europe, the delivery takes about 4 - 7 working days.
Your package does not arrive with you?
If your delivery does not reach you within a few days, track the status of your package using the tracking number sent to you via the services of the package delivery service. The links below will take you to the tracking services.
Has the package still not arrived after several days and you have not received a message from the courier?
In this case, please contact us - we will immediately check the whereabouts of your package and, if necessary, issue an investigation order. We will then let you know whether we will send your delivery again or refund your purchase.

What is refunded in the case of a parcel return?
If your delivery is returned to us because it could not be delivered or was not collected from the parcel shop, we will refund the purchase price of your goods. The return will incur additional costs, but as a gesture of goodwill we will only charge you the simple postage costs for a return . If the package is not accepted, the reimbursement is reduced by the standard shipping costs. This also applies to orders that we have sent to you free of shipping costs.
The package was delivered with transport damage?
Please report the damage to us or the delivery person as soon as possible. In the case of hidden damage that is only visible after opening the delivery, it is best to contact us directly. In this case, we ask you to email us digital photos of the damage , stating the invoice number. to send.

Free returns with PayPal - only until 11/26/22
How does the "Free Returns" work?
You enable "Free Returns" for your PayPal account using the Free Returns feature .
- You buy in our online shop with PayPal.
- You decide to return the goods in compliance with the return deadlines and return conditions.
- You pay the return shipping costs.
- You submit a return request to PayPal. Shipping receipts and proof of a completed transaction with PayPal are required.
- After approval of the application, the money will be transferred back to your PayPal account within 5 working days.
Attention: this service will be discontinued on 11/27/22!
Contactless parcel delivery for orders via DPD
The corona virus is causing ever sharper cuts in our everyday lives. We are all asked to avoid human contact as much as possible so that the new virus does not spread further. We live up to this responsibility and will only deliver parcels contactless from today.
The deliverer rings the doorbell and moves at least two meters away. If the recipient opens the box, the deliverer informs them about the contactless delivery and puts the package down. The deliverer enters the letters "AO" and the drop-off location in his MDE device as the recipient's name and then signs with his own abbreviation. The recipient does not need to sign.
If the deliverer does not meet the recipient, the package will be returned to the sender . Exceptions are small, flat packages that fit in the mailbox, they may be deposited there. If the recipient refuses due to the coronavirus, the package will be labeled and returned to the sender.
