Details on the Hingvastaka Curna
Curna or Churna means fine, fine-grained or flour - this describes finely ground herbal and spice mixtures or medicinal powders in Ayurveda. The spice mixture is freshly put together in the Miraherba spice kitchen. Of course, you can also prepare the mixture yourself from individual spices.
application
Eat 1/2 - 1 teaspoon with ghee or with the first bite of a meal.
Alternatively, mix 1 teaspoon with 2 cm chopped fresh turmeric and 1 teaspoon honey or ghee and consume before lunch, then drink warm water.
