I want to return my order

You can return the goods to us within 14 days without giving a reason. Opened goods or hygiene articles cannot be returned.

Step 3: You can still have the shipping costs for the return refunded via PayPal until November 26th , 2022: free returns with PayPal . Attention: PayPal will discontinue this service as of November 27th, 2022!
Step 4: Once the goods have been received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment method you used.



There is a product defect

My order is damaged

We pack our goods with a lot of love and attention. Nevertheless, it can happen that the goods arrive damaged.

- Pictures of the damaged goods AND the surrounding packaging material
- Images of the outer box

As soon as the information is complete, our customer service will work with you to settle the claim and either send you new goods or refund the purchase price.


In the case of transport damage with DHL:
The damage report is possible within 7 days after delivery.
Unfortunately, cases of damage reported later cannot be asserted.

In the event of transport damage with DPD:
The damage report is possible within 14 days after delivery.


What to do if the package is lost?

On rare occasions, a package is lost in transit and reported as "out of control". What to do?

Based on the investigation, we will receive more information about the status of the shipment. Frequently, the delivery got stuck at the depot and will be delivered to you later.

In the rare event of a loss, we will send you an affidavit of non-receipt which you should sign and fill out and return to us.

Unfortunately, if we do not receive your signed reply, we will not be able to complete the process of reporting the loss and settling the claim.


I received an incorrect delivery

We apologize for this mistake. We don't want to cause you any trouble.

I couldn't pick up my order or refused to accept it

Maybe you didn't manage to collect your parcel from the parcel shop in time and it is now on its way back to us. This is how it goes now:

Please note that in both cases the additional costs for the shipping costs will be charged . As a gesture of goodwill, we will only charge you the simple standard shipping costs and not the costs that are also incurred for the return. This also applies to orders that we have sent to you free of charge.
