Coconut oil, for example, contains the best lauric and capric acids, which have an antibacterial effect. This makes coconut oil an important active ingredient in the treatment of flu, viruses or herpes. The fatty acids in coconut oil, linseed oil and sesame oil are extremely healthy: They don't put a strain on the heart and increase performance because the body converts them directly into energy. Some of our oils even combine the properties of several superfoods, like our linseed oil with pomegranate seed oil.
