Tomato, peeled, in small pieces, gently pasteurized.
The sun-ripened tomatoes from Tuscany are carefully sorted out by Hand, within a few hours on our modern machines and without the addition of salt processed. This is the authentic flavor of freshly harvested tomatoes with their intense flavor. Mineral-rich soils and favourable Mediterranean climate give the fruit its typical taste of its own. They contain little water, more primary and secondary plant substances, and are characterized by their natural Sweetness.
