GSE - Vitamin C Compact (Organic) - 60 Tablets

The water-soluble vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is probably the most well-known of all vitamins. It is mainly found in fresh fruit and vegetables, is involved in many metabolic processes and protects the cells from aggressive oxygen compounds (free radicals). In contrast to plants and most animals, the human body cannot produce or store vitamin C itself.

Vitamin C plays an important role in the formation of collagen, the most common protein in the human body and the most important component of our connective tissue.

Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels, gums and teeth, bones and cartilage and skin.

Consumption recommendation

Consume 1 tablet of 500 mg twice a day with sufficient liquid
