Our butter biscuits are no ordinary butter biscuits, because they are refined with a pinch of Atlantic sea salt, so-called fleur de sel, from Guérande on the French west coast. This gives the golden-brown biscuits with 23% butter a balanced sweetness and a unique taste that is otherwise only found on holiday in Brittany. The cane sugar is fair trade and most of the ingredients are from France. With the stackable carton pack, individual packs and sorting inserts have been dispensed with.
