Details
The classic, spicy scallop marinade spices with the Bio-shells refined, which is made with extra virgin organic olive oil, organic vinegar and organic. The Bio-mussels grow up to 15m in the sea hanging on floating platforms, called Bateas are attached to the ropes. The organic mussel farming takes place in the Ria de Arousa Fijord in Galicia (North West Spain).
The organic mussel farming is carried out in accordance with strict guidelines and is monitored continuously. The fact that the shells do not come in contact with the bottom of the sea, they are particularly clean and sand-free. Fontaine hand-inlaid mussel meat is an ideal Starter, a decorative for a small Buffet or just for a Snack.
