For Vata types, Ayurveda recommends a warm, grounding oil that calms the windy Vata nature. Sesame oil and almond oil are particularly suitable. The Vata massage oil offered here is a Vata oil produced according to Ayurvedic tradition on the basis of sesame oil. Particularly valuable black sesame is used, which you can find as a precious alternative to conventional sesame in selected shops. This black sesame is enriched with plants, roots and fruits that have a grounding and calming effect.

For external use only. The oil may harden due to temperature. For optimum use, please heat in a 36-40° water bath. Shake bottle well before use.
