The excellent fruit taste of Fiordifrutta has two reasons: On the one hand, Fiordifrutta is stirred at a temperature of only 25 ° C and briefly pasteurized in the glass. On the other hand, Fiordifrutta is sweetened with DolceDì apple sugar, a fructose that Rigoni makes from organically grown apples in a specially developed process.

That is why the sugar content of Fiordifrutta is around 30% and the Glyx (Glycemic Index) 40% lower than in conventional fruit spreads - and that means that the fruit content of Fiordifrutta is 99%!

All processed fruit comes from controlled organic agriculture, partly from our own, partly from contract cultivation. The Fiordifrutta organic fruit spreads are ideal as a spread, but are also suitable for mixed drinks, desserts or for pastries.
