The Haritaki is considered a tree with healing properties. It grows up to 30 meters tall, with a trunk about one meter thick. Scientifically, this deciduous tree is also known as the Chebulic myrobalan. Its evergreen foliage is striking. Its oval shape terminates in a short petiole.
Recommended intake
Take three capsules of 0.43 g each (0.33 g net content of herbal powder) three times daily. The daily intake corresponds to 2.97 g of herbal powder. Do not exceed the stated recommended intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Keep out of reach of small children.
Possible side effects
To date, no side effects from Haritaki have been reported. However, pregnant women are advised not to take the capsules. As a general rule, start with small amounts. If no adverse effects occur, the intake can be gradually increased to the recommended daily dose. Always pay attention to your own well-being.
