Triphala is a hybrid of Amla, Bibhitaki and Haritaki. The finely and gently (below 40 °C) ground and traditionally mixed powders come from Indian and Sri Lankan fair trade and organic projects. You can also get Triphala in other dosage forms, for example as an Ayurvedic rub Triphala Gritham , as Triphala Churna or as herbal capsules from Nimi .

Consumption recommendation

Take 4 capsules of 0.39 g each (0.29 g net content herbal powder) twice a day after meals. The daily dose corresponds to 2.32 g herbal powder. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Keep out of reach of small children.
