Cosmoveda - BIO Triphala capsules - 200 pieces

Triphala is a blend of amla, bibhitaki and haritaki. The finely and gently (below 40 °C) ground and traditionally blended powders come from Indian and Sri Lankan fair trade and organic projects. Triphala is also available in other dosage forms, for example as the Ayurvedic rub Triphala Gritham, as Triphala Churna or as herbal capsules from Nimi.

In the Ayurvedic diet, the balance of the six flavours is of great importance in order to maintain the balance of the doshas. Doshas are Ayurvedic principles that have no equivalent in modern science. You can find more information about doshas in our blog article The science of Ayurveda types.

Recommended dosage

Take 4 capsules of 0.39 g each (0.29 g net content of herbal powder) twice a day after meals. The daily intake corresponds to 2.32 g of herbal powder. The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Store out of the reach of small children.
