Two different herbs with very similar Ayurvedic properties are named in Sanskrit. These are Bacopa monnieri, which is used in Cosmoveda's capsules, and Centella Asiatica, which is available as pure Brahmi powder from Miraherba , for example.

The Brahmi used here is the Indian navel herb, the botanical name is Bacopa monnieri. It is a rich green plant, up to 40 cm tall, with fleshy small leaves and white flowers, growing in wet and swampy areas. In Ayurvedic nutrition, parts of the shoot, but also the root, stalk and leaves are used. The finely and gently (at temperatures below 40 °C) ground powder of the dried whole plant comes from Indian and Sri Lankan fair trade and organic projects.

Consumption recommendation

Take 4 capsules of 0.32 g each (0.22 g net content of herbal powder) three times a day. The daily consumption corresponds to 2.64 g herbal powder. The specified recommended consumption quantity must not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Keep safe from small children.
