Maharishi Ayurveda products are manufactured strictly according to original Ayurvedic recipes in order to achieve the harmonizing and health-promoting effects described in Ayurveda. Application

Recommended consumption for adults:

1-2 tablets twice a day about 1/2 hour before breakfast and dinner with warm water or warm milk. Daily dose (with 4 tablets daily) contains: 1940 mg herbs.
