Details
This pepper is used by the inhabitants of the Himalayas for thousands of years. He is related to the famous Szechuan pepper, however, its berries are larger and brighter. The flavour Bouquet of the Timut is similar to the Szechuan pepper: the captivating notes of passion fruit and citrus with a powerful rose, Jasmine and Hyacinth notes and slight hints of smoke and wood fruits.
Its sharpness is very peppery and as well as the Szechuan pepper, also the Timut has pronounced an anesthetizing effect, however, is less.
Fits very well:
- Fish: white fish, fish Carpaccio, tartare, and Cheviche, fish and crustacean bouillon,
- Shellfish: Lobster, Lobster, Lobster, Scallops, Scampi
- Meat: white meat, poultry, pork, veal, duck, lamb, Turkey
- Cheese: Fresh and young goat cheese
- Desserts: Mango, pineapple, citrus fruits, strawberry, melon, lychee, passion fruit, apricot, and chocolate.
