Our spice blends are roasted and mixed in small quantities so that you can enjoy their unique taste for a long time.
application
In Morocco in particular, the tagine is a popular dish made from vegetables with or without meat. To do this, potatoes, carrots, onions and leeks are cut into slices and layered in an ovenproof dish. Put ½ teaspoon of the spice mixture between each layer and pour a good olive oil over it. Cover the pan and cook in the oven for about ½ hour at 180 °. Tastes great!
