Production
Just add margarine and water, are easy and quick to prepare. The gluten-free Brownies-mix yields 6 large or 12 small Brownies. They can be baked in a Springform pan or a baking dish, but also as a Muffins or chocolate cake. Recipes for all the different variants you will find on every package.
Preparation
Preparation without Egg
To do this, enter: 150g soft Margarine, 2 gestr. TL locust bean flour (or 2 gestr. EL soy flour), 100 ml of water or soy drink.- Preheat the oven to 175°C top and bottom heat preheat.
- In a saucepan 150g of Margarine, water, or soy, dissolve and 100 ml of cold drink.
- The Brownie mixture in a bowl and add 2 gestr. Teaspoon carob or 2 gestr. TBSP soy flour and mix well.
- The Margarine-water mixture and mix to a smooth mass.
- The mass in the baking form, spread and smooth over.
- On the middle rack about 25 minutes to bake.
- Let cool thoroughly and cut into pieces.
Preparation with the Egg
6 large or 12 small Brownies
1 Springform pan (26cm) or 1 baking dish (about 20cm x 20cm)
To do this, enter: 200g soft Butter, 2 eggs, 100 ml milk- Preheat the oven to 175°C top and Unterhitzte preheat.
- Contents in a bowl.
- With 200g of soft Butter and 2 eggs and mix. then slowly add the 100 ml of milk, with stirring.
- The mass in the baking form, spread and smooth over.
- On the middle rack about 25 minutes to bake.
- Let it cool down and in pieces to get a divorce.
