Details
The composition comprises Oils that are naturally rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids. This provides the organism mainly with Alpha-linolenic acid (Omega 3), which cannot be formed by the body itself. This contributes to a daily intake of 2 g (= 4.3 ml/1 TSP Omega Orange) to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels in the blood. The base of the blend is our especially mild, 3-D-filtirertes linseed oil. Pollen give the Oil a pleasant light Sweetness.
Omega Orange is a great in muesli, quark dishes and Smoothies.
The Oil is not suitable for heating! Shake can vigorously before use!
Recipe suggestion: energy quark with Omega Orange
Ingredients:
250 g low-fat quark
1-2 TBSP Omega Orange
2 TBSP milk
1 TBSP honey to sweeten to taste
2-3 TABLESPOONS of 6-grain cereal or ground nuts
Fresh seasonal fruit or dried fruits and berries to taste
Low-fat quark with the milk and the Oil to form a homogeneous mass and mix. Blossom honey to taste, stir. You should work with dried fruit, also in the Quark mixture.
The first half of the Quarks in a glass or a cereal-serving bowl. Cereals and nuts. Everything completely with the rest of the curd to cover. Finally, with fresh fruit or berries to cover to your liking.
The energy of the quark can be eaten immediately. It is also ideal as an Overnight Breakfast curd: put all ingredients in conclusion, stir, refrigerate overnight and in the Morning consume.
