Toasted sesame oil is a Must in Asian cuisine! Without the original recipe you can conjure up a far-Eastern flavour in your salads, Toasts, rice or noodle dishes.
Store at room temperature and protect from light.
Recipe: Sesame-PestoIngredients for 4 people:
- 3 TABLESPOONS of sesame seeds
- 1/2 bunch of smooth parsley
- 1/2 Bunch Of Basil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 5 TABLESPOONS Parmesan cheese, grated
- 8 TABLESPOONS BIO PLANÈTE sesame oil roasted
- 100 ml of water
- Salt, Pepper
Preparation:Sesame seeds in a pan without oil and toast until Golden brown. Remove from pan and let cool completely. Parsley and Basil wash and shake dry the leaves from the stems and pluck some leaves for garnish aside. The rest of the leaves with the peeled garlic coarsely chop. Subsequently, toasted sesame seeds, parsley and Basil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, toasted sesame oil and water to a fine puree. Season with salt and pepper.
Tip: you served with a crusty Baguette!Ingredients
