In Ayurveda, Shatavari is referred to as the "queen of herbs".
The name "Shatavari" means something like "she who has 100 husbands". This name derives from ancient Ayurvedic texts that associate Shatavari with femininity.
The root of Indian or wild asparagus is used to balance the Vata and Pitta dosha. In addition, Shatavari is said to promote the spiritual power of love with its sweet-bitter taste.Application
Take 2 capsules once a day whole with plenty of liquid.
