Quinoa Real - royal quinoa. This traditional, noble variety comes exclusively from the high altitudes of the Bolivian Andes. The power grain of the Incas is sustainably cultivated there at an altitude of 3,500m by HAND IN HAND farmers and traded fairly. With its larger grain size and mild, nutty taste, the pseudocereal can be used in many ways, for example as a side dish, for casseroles, patties, soups or salads and for sweet dishes. Colorful Quinoa Tricolore is a mixture of the classic white quinoa as well as red and black quinoa.

Wash the quinoa thoroughly. Simmer 250 g quinoa with 625 ml water (2 1/2 times the amount) for about 15 minutes and then let it swell for 5 minutes.
