Planting
Do not sow tomatoes too early, for the home garden the end of March / beginning of April is sufficient. The germination temperature should be approx. 24 ° C. The best protection against late blight and brown rot is a roof over the plants. Tomatoes are happy about a layer of mulch on the ground.
When planting in the bed, put the root ball deeply, because secondary roots will then form on the main trunk. Don't forget the climbing sticks!
