Add 500 ml of cold water and spice powder to a pan, mix well and bring to a boil.

Once the water boils, add the mie noodles and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, to reduce the liquid.

Finally, mix in the spiced oil - done.

Tip: If you prefer it extra creamy, simply cook the pasta in milk or a plant-based alternative instead of water.
