Food prepared with ghee is very easily absorbed by the body. Due to its special production method, ghee can be stored without refrigeration. Ideal for cooking, roasting, baking, stewing, steaming. Traditionally, spices in Indian Ayurvedic cuisine are briefly roasted before being used in ghee. This allows their full aroma to unfold.
Since ghee is the pure, rendered butterfat, it is also well tolerated by people with lactose intolerance.
Pure Ayurvedic butterfat made from milk from grazing cows in the Alpine region. The milk comes from horned cows.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Ghee is a natural product. At room temperature it can be part solid and part liquid. During the transition from the liquid to the solid state, fat crystallization processes can result in granular structures that are characteristic of the product and do not represent any impairment of quality.
By the way: Cosmoveda Ghee is also available in small 150g jars , in medium 300g jars and in large 500g jars. Or in the ghee-coconut fat mixture .
