Nocciolata means seductive taste of fine Italian hazelnuts. The cream has a high spreadability thanks to the 60-hour processing. It is also rich in useful nutrients - one portion of nut nougat cream contains calcium and phosphorus. But let's be honest - we don't love nocciolata because it's healthy, but because it melts on warm crepes or toast and slowly drips onto the plate... A dream!
To make Nocciolata, fine Italian hazelnuts are ground and mixed with a balanced mixture of natural ingredients until a soft and smooth cream is created. Spread them on warm bread for a delicious snack or enjoy them with crepes, cakes, ice cream and more.
Note for summer
At higher temperatures, the oil it contains becomes liquid and floats to the top. This is a normal physical process and the food is not spoiled. To prevent this, you can store the cream in the refrigerator in summer. Alternatively, simply stir with the knife before using.
