Jacky F. brings for the first time, organic Jackfruit directly from Sri Lanka to Germany. The fruit has been wasted to a large degree, since it is locally and internationally traded little. Jacky F. organic Jackfruit is a in many ways a fantastic Alternative to meat and soy: it is easy to prepare, tastes terrific, and gives the small farmers an additional income.
Jackfruit-Sandwich Indian fire

Ingredients for 2-3 Patties
- 1 Can Of Jacky F. Jackfruit
- 100g red lentils
- 2 TABLESPOONS of flour to corn flour to Bind
- 1/2 onion
- 2 TBSP bread crumbs
- 1 TSP Curry powder
- Chilli powder
- Oil for Frying
- Salt & Pepper
Ingredients Sandwich (2-3)
- 2-3 Naanbrote (or other flatbread)
- rest of the red lentils
- 1 tomato (sliced)
- Salad leaves
- Mango chutney
- Jack fruits from the tin and with a blender, crushing, or in a bowl, mash with a fork. Then, with a little Oil and flour on low heat, sauté until the Jack fruits are light brown.
- Meanwhile, cook the lentils.
- Chop onions and add to the lentils.
- Jackfruit, flour, half of the breadcrumbs, Curry, and Chilli, mix together and season with salt and pepper. The mass should now be fixed, so that you can easily shape the Patties. The mass of small coins forms and put it in the pan. From both sides, about 5 minutes fry.
- The bread according to the package instructions to prepare, cut in half, and then with the other ingredients. The finished gebratenenen Patties and the second bread half with the top.
Pulled Jackfruit Burger

Pulled Pork is just trendy, and to be found at every street food Festival, but ever heard of Pulled Jackfruit? The juicy, smoky Jack fruit pieces in the finest BBQ-Sauce dish for every Grillfan.
Ingredients for 2-3 servings:
- 1 Can Of Jacky F. Jackfruit
- 2 Cloves Of Garlic
- ½ Onion
- 100ml BBQ Sauce
- A little Oil for Frying
Ingredients Burger:
Be creative and for all, need a suggestion, here is the American variant
- Rolls
- American Cabbage Salad (Coleslaw)
- Salad leaves
- Onion rings
Let's go
- Garlic and onion in small pieces. Jack fruit pieces, drain, rinse briefly under cold water and then as much water as possible from the Jack fruit pieces presses.
- Sauté onions until Golden yellow. Then add the garlic and the Jack fruit pieces. Then a nice sear.
- Once the Jack fruit pieces turn slightly brown, you add the BBQ Sauce. A little sizzle (about 5 minutes).
- Thereafter, the Jack pieces in Sauce, fruit in a baking dish. The pieces with two forks shred and then it's all for 30 minutes at 200 °C, bake in the oven.
As usual the Hamburg bun to demonstrate.
