The copper bottles are made by hand. Due to the production process, there are always small dents or marks caused by clamping in the turning device. Unfortunately, these cannot be avoided, are not a restriction in use and do not constitute a reason for complaint.

Small scratches on the inside or outside of the bottle are perfectly normal and do not affect functionality.
Care instructions: Please only fill your bottle with cold, still water! Acidic beverages can cause a chemical reaction with the copper. Clean the bottle regularly & thoroughly as described in the cleaning recommendation on the product label.
However, never wash your copper bottle in the dishwasher.
