According to Ayurveda, this product correlates on the level of the harmonious balance of the doshas* by balancing the six tastes. It provides the tastes bitter and tart.
*Doshas are Ayurvedic principles that have no equivalent in modern science.The powder from the leaves, which is finely and gently ground (below 40°C) in our production, comes from our Indian and Sri Lankan fair trade and organic projects.
Consumption recommendation
Take 5 capsules á 0.36g (0.26g net content) twice a day between meals with warm water. The daily consumption of 2.6g plant powder contains 31.72mg polyphenols*.
*Polyphenols are bioactive, phytochemicals that shape the dosha character of plants in the form of colourings, flavorings and tannins.
The legislator has not yet set an NRV value (reference amount for daily intake) for secondary plant substances. The amount given here corresponds to traditional Ayurvedic recommendations.
