Ginger contains Magnesium and iron also Gingerol: This substance has anti-inflammatory, expectorant and analgesic. This homemade ginger tea is a good home remedy for the common cold.This is a piece of fresh ginger root, thin-shelled, and with the ginger grater crushed.
