The taste
Thanks to the organic chicory (the main ingredient in grain coffees), tea No. 14 has a tart and slightly bitter, but full-bodied taste. The cinchona bark adds further bitter flavors due to the tannins and alkaloids it contains, such as quinine. Sarsaparilla brings a fine note of vanilla. If you don't like it straight away - we often have to get used to the taste of bitter substances, try adding a little honey or sugar.
