Rapunzel Pasta Speciale is made from ground Italian emmer semolina and pure spring water according to old traditions. It contains 65% of the cereal grain. After pressing and shaping with the appropriate die, slow and gentle drying takes place over 24 hours at a maximum of 60°C.
Also try the other Emmer pasta varieties: spaghetti , penne and wholemeal spirelli!
