Thanks to their thin shape, these rice flour-based noodles have a quick cooking time. They taste really delicious in a rice noodle salad or sautéed with vegetables. A must for all fans of Asian cuisine.
Preparation
Cook in boiling, salted water for approx. 4-5 minutes until the desired firmness is achieved.
