UDON is the thickest of the Japanese noodle varieties and is regarded in Asian cuisine as the most traditional Japanese noodle shape, which is mainly used for frying.
Preparation
2 minutes in the saucepan or microwave - done. The udon noodles can now be added to the soup or to the other ingredients in the pan
