Use
Avocado oil is an Oil for everything and everyone. With a uniquely high smoke point of 250° C, avocado oil is ideal for Searing meat, frying vegetables, and for the preparation of Asian dishes in the Wok and stresses by its mild taste of fresh Avocados, the flavor of the ingredients.
Recipe suggestionAvocado-Lime Mayonnaise
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 TSP of mustard
- 1 TSP sugar
- 1 lime
- 125 ml, BIO PLANÈTE avocado oil
Salt
Egg yolks, mustard, sugar together vigorously mix the lime squeeze and the juice with stirring. With a whisk or a hand blender the Oil by slowly Dropping and a fast Hit among the mass.
This Mayonnaise goes very well as a fruit Dip of the sea or as a Marinade for leek salad.
