Turmeric-Latte, Golden milk, is yellow, is refreshing and is prepared with a warm (plant) milk. As old as the Ayurvedic teaching of self-Knowledge about the particular ingredients of turmeric is – and as long as there is you, the "Golden milk". Easy this mixture in warm (plant) milk, stir and enjoy the warm and spicy drink.

The yellow-orange powder with a pleasant spicy and fine dry. In the prepared milk with fine milk foam, the yellow color brightens up any mood.

PS: there's also in the flavor vanilla.

Application

The sun yellow hot drink will brighten up your Morning and Wake you up through the day. Not only for Breakfast, this delicious Latte will fit, even in the afternoon to Desserts and cakes, the taste blends well.

The turmeric-Latte can be prepared in two different ways:

Ease of preparation: 1 teaspoon of turmeric-Latte blend (about 2 g) in 200ml of milk (best fits a plant-based milk) stir, heat to taste with agave syrup, coconut blossom sugar or honey sweet.

Preparation according to Ayurveda (GOLDEN MILK):

• First, one prepares a Paste.
• For this purpose it is stirred 1/4 Cup of spice mix with 1/2 Cup of water.
• Then on a low flame on the stove, bring to a Simmer until a Paste is formed.
• The Paste can be about 5-7 days kept in the fridge.
• 1 teaspoon of this delicious turmeric Paste in 200ml of milk (best fits a plant-based milk), stir and heat.
• On a medium heat for 4-5 Min. simmer.
• With 1 teaspoon of coconut oil or sesame oil Refine to taste with agave syrup, honey or coconut blossom sugar refining.

Note: the spices do not dissolve completely.
