According to Ayurveda, this spice powder correlates on the level of the harmonious balance of the Doshas¹ by balancing the six tastes. It provides the tastes bitter, pungent and astringent.

¹Doshas are Ayurvedic principles that have no equivalent in modern science.

The finely and gently (below 40 °C) ground powder of the dried fruits comes from the Indian and Sri Lankan fair trade and organic projects of Cosmoveda.

Consumption recommendation

Take a heaped teaspoon (approx. 3 g) with warm water between meals.
