Details about Hingvastaka Curna

Curna or churna means fine, fine-grained or flour - used in Ayurveda to describe finely ground mixtures of herbs and spices or medicinal powders. The spice mixture is freshly prepared in Miraherba's spice kitchen. Of course, you can also prepare the mixture yourself from individual spices.

Application

Eat 1/2 - 1 teaspoon with ghee or with the first bite of a meal.

Alternatively, mix 1 teaspoon with 2 cm of finely chopped fresh turmeric and 1 teaspoon of honey or ghee and consume before lunch, followed by warm water.
