Details
The coconut flesh is washed in hot water and allowed to break down. The coconut milk is then extracted by pressing and pasteurized (86ºC/15 sec). Before bottling, the fat content (22%) is adjusted, and the milk is then homogenized. After bottling, the cans are sterilized (125ºC/22-27 min).

Ideal for Asian dishes, cocktails, cakes and desserts.
Once opened, transfer to a non-metallic container and use within 4 days.
