Rapunzel Eastern Anatolian mountain apricots - 375g
The intensely aromatic fruits ripen in the mountain Malatyas slopes in Eastern Anatolia, where they are cultivated by the farmers of the Rapunzel Turkey-project with a lot of care and processes.
In comparison to the sweet apricots, the mountain-apricots are dried after the harvest, cut, pitted, and open to the Turkish sun. This is a particularly short drying time is reached, and the fruits retain their bright apricot-Yellow.
The gentle drying process ensures the intense flavor and firm bite.

Production
After the harvest, the apricots are cut from the core and freed in only three days in the Turkish sun dried. Then they are cleaned, sorted and packaged.
