For Allgäu Ghee, butter from organic farmers in the Allgäu region is clarified using the traditional boiling process. It can be heated to a high temperature and is therefore particularly suitable for frying and cooking.
Ghee gives your dishes a fine butter flavour. It is indispensable in Ayurvedic cuisine. Traditionally, the spices are briefly roasted for a particularly intense flavour.

Details
Allgäu butter is melted down in a gentle cooking process. Then the traditional Ayurvedic boiling process begins, during which the water it contains is volatilised. Before bottling, the ghee is filtered using a special sieve.
