A total of more than 40 herbs are processed for Chyavanprash. According to the ancient scriptures, this Amlamus is said to work on a physical, psychological and spiritual level. The recipe for this herb puree comes from ancient times by a wise Indian seer (Rishi) named Chyavan, who is said to have received the recipe directly from the gods. You can get the large 230g jar of organic chyavanprash from Cosmoveda here .
Consumption suggestion:
Simply dissolve 1 teaspoon of organic chyavanprash in some warm milk or tea and enjoy the delicious taste. You can also use chyavanprash as a spicy spread.
