The coconuts are freed from their fiber coating, opened and the white pulp detached. This is then washed, blanched, grated and dried. This is followed by grinding the desiccated coconut in 2 steps. The second grinding step using a colloid mill ensures that a homogeneous, fine and pasty pulp is created. Finally, the puree is filled into glasses, sealed with the lid and a sealing film and packed.
